● Access to User data for a period of 1 year,
starting at commissioning date, through
cloud based MQTT broker and through
Smappee cloud REST API. Payment at
invoice date.
● Data available on 1 second basis through
MQTT.
● Data available on 5 minutes, 10 minutes,
15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 1
hour, 1 day, 1 month, 1 year basis
through REST API.
● Maximum 1 REST API call per hour.
● Helpdesk 2nd line support included.
● Use of Smappee dashboard to provide 1st
line support.
● Access through dashboard to .csv files of
historical data.
